Your Safety is Our Priority

COVID-19 POLICY

The team here at Pakiri Beach Holiday Park are excited to welcome you and are committed to providing a safe and wonderful holiday experience.

To ensure we are all kept as safe as possible, we’ve created a Covid Health and Safety Policy following the government’s guidelines.

All our team have chosen to be fully vaccinated.

In addition to complying with the safety protocols outlined by the Ministry of Health, here’s what we are doing in addition, to keep you and our team as safe as possible

  1. Increasing and deepening our cleaning protocols
  2. Installing hand sanitation stations at all building entrances around the park
  3. Moving our coffee machine and a selection of all our ice creams and drinks to “The Cube” outside the shop
  4. Installing additional outdoor showers
  5. Installing outdoor hot and cold water sinks for washing dishes outside the kitchen
  6. Providing outdoor barbecues for cooking outside the kitchen

Here’s what we ask you to do:

We no longer require vaccine passes or negative tests to enter the park. You do not need to wear a face mask in indoor areas if you do not wish to.  However we still require you to follow all other guidelines below:

  1. Wash your hands often
  2. You need to take responsibility for your health and hygiene when using shared facilities. This means ensuring you have cleaning and hygiene products with you, along with minimising contact with people you don’t know.
  3. People who have tested positive for COVID-19, are COVID-19 symptomatic or are waiting on a COVID-19 test must self-isolate at their ordinary place of residence – and are not able to stay at Pakiri Beach Holiday Park.
  4. People who are at risk of experiencing more severe illness should they contract COVID-19 (such as those with underlying medical conditions and seniors) are encouraged to take additional precautions if choosing to stay at Pakiri Beach Holiday Park.

This policy forms part of the standard terms & conditions for bookings and we cannot make exceptions. We ask that you please ensure everyone in your group understands our policy ahead of your visit to ensure a smooth check-in and wonderful holiday experience during your stay with us.

.

Thank you for your understanding

We look forward to welcoming you to Pakiri Beach soon!
