Bookings
50% deposit is payable at time of booking and balance of tariff is payable at check-in. Check in between 2:00pm and 9.00pm. Check out 10:00am. We have a minimum two night booking and on statutory weekends a minimum three night booking on all cabins.
Payment
Balance of accounts are payable on arrival. Payments must be made for full time booked. Sorry NO reduction for early departure or late arrival.

Cancelled Bookings
A $25 administration and cancellation fee will be deducted from ALL deposits refunded due to cancellation.
Refunds are only guaranteed if the reservation is cancelled with a minimum of 14 days notice.
Cancellation within 14 days will attract a cancellation fee of up to 100% of the deposit paid.
Group cancellations may have special conditions.
Seasonal Rates Apply
A surcharge of $30.00 for single night bookings may apply.
- PEAK - 1 October to 30 April and all school holidays and Easter.
- OFF PEAK - 1 May to 30 September (excluding Easter and School Holidays) unless otherwise note above.
